About us…

Who would have thought that our little slice of heaven was waiting for us here in the heart of the Ozarks? As transplants from the western U.S., we are the definition of “city slickers”—wide-eyed and making our fair share of mistakes. Sometimes, we even manage to turn the simplest tasks into charmingly complicated adventures!

But through it all, we’re learning, growing, and thriving. Each day brings new lessons, and our triumphs far outshine the bumps along the way.

Here on our farm, we raise a wonderful mix of cross-breed hogs, beef, honey bees, indian runner ducks, layer chickens, and Katahdin hair sheep. It’s not just about what we produce; it’s about building a life filled with hard work, connection, and joy in the simple things.

Farmin’ Things

    Karl - Employee of the Month

    At the heart of our flock stands Karl, our hardworking rooster, always on duty to keep his hens safe and sound. He takes his role seriously, watching over our lively group of colorful hens—each one contributing to the daily rainbow of eggs they lay.

    We hatch chicks and sell farm-fresh eggs. Our hens’ cheerful chatter ensures that life in the chicken yard is never dull!

    The Quack Pack - Indian Runner Ducks

    We hatch and raise Indian Runner Ducks, a breed as entertaining as they are productive. With their upright stance and playful personalities, they’re endlessly fun to watch as they explore and forage. Their eggs aren't just abundant; they’re a culinary treasure, perfect for making rich, velvety treats like crème brûlée. These ducks bring a little extra charm—and flavor—to life here in the Ozarks.

    Our Nosy Neighbors

    There’s nothing quite like the bellow of a heifer calling her friends for a lunch date as the food truck rolls in—it’s their favorite time of day! Our cows are an inquisitive bunch with absolutely no sense of personal space. Whether they’re investigating new fences or supervising the hay delivery, they make our business their business!

    We’re excited to be growing our herd and plan to have farm-raised beef available for sale by the end of 2026.

    Katahdin Hair Sheep

    Our Katahdin hair sheep are the picture of elegance, blending beauty and athleticism with their "sheepish" charm. They effortlessly navigate the pasture with grace. Their low-maintenance needs make them a dream to care for—they shed their winter coats without any intervention, keeping things simple yet stylish.

    These expert landscapers do an excellent job of mowing the pasture grass and are an essential part of our family farm.

    Happy Hogs ... Happy Farmers!

    Our cross-breed hogs are the powerhouses of the farm—strong, resourceful, and full of personality. Whether they’re rooting around, strategizing their next escape attempt, or loudly demanding their next meal, life with them is never dull. They keep us on our toes, but their antics make farm life all the more entertaining.

    We take pride in raising our piglets right alongside their mamas for as long as they need. We offer both feeder pigs and finished hogs, providing quality, responsibly raised livestock for those looking to start their own herd or fill their freezers.

    Bees and Honey a’Buzzin’

    Our apiary is always alive with the hum of hard-working honeybees! Twice a year, we harvest our hives, revealing the fascinating differences between spring and fall honey—each season bringing its own unique flavor, color, and character.

    We love sharing our passion for beekeeping, and we're considering hosting workshops for those interested in starting their own apiary. If you're eager to learn the art of beekeeping and experience the magic of honey production firsthand, inquire below!
